Roof Insurance Claims

We handle the claim. You get a new roof.

Storm damage is stressful enough. Filing an insurance claim shouldn't be. From the first inspection to the final shingle, we walk beside you the entire way.

Texas storms don't ask permission. Hail, high winds, and driving rain can compromise a roof in a single afternoon — and often the damage isn't visible from the ground. If your roof has been through a storm, the first step is a free, thorough inspection.

When damage is present, we help you file a claim with your insurance company, document the damage properly, and meet the adjuster on-site to make sure nothing is missed. We speak the language of insurance claims fluently — and we advocate for your home the way we'd advocate for our own.

In most cases, homeowners are only responsible for their deductible. The insurance company pays the rest, and we deliver a full roof replacement that restores your home to better than it was before the storm.

FAQ

Common insurance questions.

Will filing a claim raise my rates?

Storm-related claims (called 'Act of God' claims) generally do not raise your individual premium. Rates are typically adjusted regionally based on total losses in your area.

Do I have to use my insurance company's preferred contractor?

No. You have the right to choose your own contractor. Preferred vendors work for the insurance company — we work for you.

What if my claim gets denied?

Denials happen, but they aren't always final. We can help you file a supplement or request a reinspection with proper documentation.

How long does the whole process take?

From inspection to installed roof, most claims wrap in 3-6 weeks depending on your insurance company's speed and material availability.
